Notice of Cessation of Trading of BSN Lawyers after 30 June 2026

We wish to advise that Baldock Stacy & Niven t/as BSN Lawyers will cease trading on 30 June 2026.

From 1 July 2026, both principals will continue practicing as solicitors, separately and with different firms:

Michael Niven will join Blackwell Short.

Sarah Prosser-Fenn will practice through a new firm, Prosser-Fenn Legal.

Updated contact details will be provided prior to 30 June 2026.

If you are a current client, please be assured our provision of legal services to you will continue through the new firms.

Where we hold Wills, deeds or other safe custody documents on your behalf, we will contact you shortly to obtain your instructions with regard to their transfer. As this process may extend beyond 30 June 2026, we appreciate your patience. Rest assured, all documents will remain securely stored in the BSN safe custody facility during this period.
